With over 27 years in the beauty industry, Dee Sandrick has dedicated her career to helping clients restore confidence through artistry, education, and innovation.
Her journey into permanent makeup began in 2015, where she quickly discovered a passion for creating natural-looking cosmetic enhancements and life-changing paramedical tattoo procedures. Today, Dee specializes in permanent makeup, lip blushing, scar camouflage, inkless scar revision, stretch mark revision, and areola restoration, combining technical precision with a compassionate approach.
As a Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Cosmetologist, and Licensed Esthetic Instructor, Dee is committed to raising the standards of the beauty industry through advanced education. She proudly trains licensed professionals in permanent makeup, esthetics, and continuing education courses, helping students build successful careers with confidence and integrity.

Sydney Sandrick brings creativity, precision, and a modern approach to every service she provides. She has become known for creating beautifully customized lash and brow transformations that enhance each client’s natural features while keeping results soft, flattering, and effortless.
Sydney specializes in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, brow sculpting, mapping, and tinting. Her attention to detail and calm, welcoming personality make every appointment an enjoyable experience for both new and returning clients.
In addition to working behind the chair, Sydney is passionate about education. She teaches Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Certification courses, helping beauty professionals build confidence, master technique, and grow successful businesses of their own.
