Training Enrollment Policy
All course registrations both online and in-person are nonrefundable.
Once payment is made, your seat in class is secured and materials are prepared specifically for you.
If you are unable to attend due to illness (with at least 24 hours’ notice), you may transfer your enrollment one time to the next available class of the same course at no additional charge.
No-shows without notice will forfeit their seat and payment.
We appreciate your understanding, as our classes have limited space and preparation begins well in advance.

CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT HOURS:

14 HOURS EVERY 2 YEARS (RENEWAL BY 9/30 OF EACH ODD YEAR).
ILLINOIS COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTORS:
24 HOURS EVERY 2 YEARS - OF WHICH 10 HOURS ARE IN EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY AND TEACHING METHODOLOGY DUE BY SEPTEMBER 30TH EVERY EVEN YEAR. 7 CAN BE ONLINE.
ESTHETICIANS:
10 HOURS EVERY 2 YEARS (RENEWAL BY SEPTEMBER 30TH OF EVERY ODD YEAR) 5 CAN BE ONLINE.
ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTORS:
20 HOURS; (RENEWAL BY SEPT 30TH OF EVERY ODD YEAR)10 CAN BE ONLINE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is this different from other PMU courses in Illinois?
Most programs offer 2–4 days of training.
Deesignz Artistry Training offers 5 weeks of structured progression, exams, live models, and business mentorship.
This is mastery based training.
Do I need a license?
Students must follow Illinois regulations with IDPH for license and a BBP before training. We recommend holding a cosmetology, esthetics, or tattoo license depending on local requirements.
What happens if I fail an exam?
Students must score 80% to progress.
One retest is allowed per week.
Failure to pass may result in dismissal without refund.
Is tuition refundable?
All payments are non-refundable due to limited seating and hands on supervision structure.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Deposit required to secure seat. Remaining balance split into structured payments. Final payment is due 1 week before class date.
Will I make money immediately?
Income depends on:
